Cellar Door & Café
Our Cellar Door Tasting Room is open 7 days from 10 am until 4.30pm.
Our experienced and informative Cellar Door team, Anna-Marie and Winnie will take you through a tasting of our wines.
We charge $2.00 per person to taste 4 wines, which is refunded upon purchase. We are proud to be the oldest Cellar Door in Nelson and welcome visitors to explore our Cellar Door and International wine room. We have an extensive range of International Wine, Port, Sherry and Cognac on display, and a small selection is open to taste at an extra charge. Group tastings are welcome but we ask to arrange bookings prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
Visitors are encouraged stay for lunch at our Café and enjoy one of our popular Wood Fired Pizzas.

The kitchen is open from Wednesday to Sunday until 3pm serving our woodfired pizza, our Cafe remains open for coffee and wine tasting till 4.30pm. We will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and we will reopening on the 27th December for lunch and wine tasting.
During our busy Tourist Season, starting late December until the end of January, our Café is open 7 days.
Reservations are highly recommended to avoid missing out on one of our famous pizzas! Alfresco courtyard dining is available when the sun is shining, or cosy inside dining on the cold winter days around a roaring fire! We celebrate the beginning of Harvest with our annual “Long Lunch”, now in its seventh year it is a sort-after event on the Nelson Social Calendar which is not to be missed! We book out months in advance.

We invite an award-winning guest chef who creates a 5 course degustation lunch to match exclusively with our new release wines.
The event is held over two days on the second weekend in March, guests enjoy a fine dining experience held either under a marquee on our Front Lawn or in our Barrel Room listening to live acoustic music. We support various local artists around the Nelson Region and periodically display their art work in the Cellar Door and Banquet Room. If you see something that catches your eye, the artwork is available for purchase. Our Banquet Room is available for private functions or large group tastings.
