Vineyard - Selected from two vineyards in the Upper Moutere
Soil - Moutere clay.
Vintage Conditions - A stunning grape growing season for the 2019 Harvest. A dry Spring, followed by a hot and dry Summer with a little bit of rain just before harvest began, resulting in intense flavours and ripeness in the grapes and wines.
Harvest Date - Picked on 20th March & 24th March 2019
Fermentation / Maturation 100% Stainless Steel with initial skin contact releasing the light blush of Pinot Noir.
Alcohol - 13%
Residual Sugar- 8.0g/L
Total Acidity- 7.20 g/L
Cellar - A wine best enjoyed fresh but will sustain cellaring for up to 2 years.
Serving Suggestions - A great summer wine or aperitif, serve well chilled.
