Vineyard - Home vineyard

Soil - Moutere clay.

Vintage Conditions - A hot Summer provided the base for an early vintage. Rain just prior slowed ripening down somewhat but good fruit characters developed in the picked fruit.

 Harvest Date - 10th April 2016

Fermentation / Maturation - 100% stainless steel and maturation

Alcohol - 12%

Residual Sugar - 3g/L

Total Acidity - 9.8g/L

Cellar - Up to 5 years

Serving Suggestions - Well matched with any fish or chicken dish.
