Winemakers Notes
Vineyard - The grapes are from the classified group of villages which together line up to for a geographic arc across the valley of the southern RhÔne known locally as the 'arc of gold'. Picked from plots in the 'Plan de Dieu', the stony plain between Seguret and Carianne.
Soil - Predominantly chalky clay soil with heavy overlay of galets roulés.

Fermentation/maturation - Principally from Grenache Noir, Syrah with some enriching Carignon Noir grape varieties. Made without any oak maturation.

Nose - Fruity aroma of plums and black berries
Palate - Full flavoured, lusciously fruity with a delicate spice in the finish.
