VARIETAL MIX : Sauvignon Blanc 40%, Semillon 54%, Muscadelle 6%
TASTING NOTES:
COLOUR : Pale golden yellow with glittering highlights.
NOSE: Highly complex, mingling citrus aromas and ripe yellow fruit such as mirabelle and peach, the nose then opens up on delicate white blossom notes, especially hawthorn.
PALATE: The powerful and voluptuous attack reveals citrus and white blossom flavours, while the attractively long and remarkably elegant finish is punctuated with notes of mild spice such as cardamom.
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
VINIFICATION : The grapes are picked at optimum maturity so that they can express their quintessential aromas and flavours. They are then pressed slowly and gently to preserve the refinement of the musts, which will be separated according to the degree of pressure applied and vinified separately after they have settled. Alcoholic
fermentation takes place at a controlled 18° C in order to preserve all the refinement of aroma and flavour.
